It was clean, good water pressure in the showers.
It was clean, good water pressure in the showers. The staff was willing to help but they still need training. The pool has a very nice view.
It was very noisy in the morning. The doors and wall don't seem soundproof. We were not close to the lift but could here it constantly. The breakfast was disappointing...there are a lot of option but the quality is not very high. The pool was quite old and not very inviting.

Too noisy to want to return, not close enough to resturants/shops/beach
The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Hannah. They spoke medium English, enough to point you in the right direction. Mopeds and taxi’s were ordered through reception. Da Nang is a good location to do day trips to Hoi An.
There were so many noisy guests late at night and very early in the corridors and no effort was made to tell them to be quiet, a few signs out that obviously aren’t read. The housekeeping persisted to knock on our door at 8am even with “do not disturb” sign on the door and us shouting “NO”. It’s miles away from EVERYTHING, a good 15 minute walk until you get to a restaurant or beach.
